Raffle tickets for the “Let Freedom Ring” quilt were sold during the Vets Freedom Fest on April 30. The drawing took place on Mother’s Day, May 8th. Terri Jones was the winner, and she and her husband Alvin recently picked them up. Beth English, Vera Marx, and Mary Sheffield of the Peace Makers Quilt Group created the quilt. Mary Sheffield (left to right) presents Terri with the prize, and Alvin and Terri Jones show the quilt.
